Terms and Conditions of Service

Welcome to BML Facilities. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and BML Facilities regarding your use of our cleaning services. By scheduling a service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms. Our commitment is to provide a high-standard, professional cleaning experience, and these guidelines ensure clarity for both parties.

Regarding Bookings and Cancellations, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any rescheduling or cancellation. Failure to provide this notice may result in a cancellation fee to cover the loss of the cleaners’ scheduled time. For Service Delivery, the client is responsible for providing access to the property at the agreed time. If our team is locked out, the full service fee may still apply.

In terms of Liability and Insurance, BML Facilities is fully insured; however, any claims of damage or unsatisfactory work must be reported to our management within 24 hours of the service completion. We reserve the right to re-clean the area before any refunds are considered. Payment Terms require that all one-off services be settled upon completion, while contract clients will be invoiced according to their bespoke agreement. We reserve the right to update these terms to reflect changes in law or our business practices.
